德国奥格斯堡国际渔猎射击博览会（Jagen und Fischen）是专业的户外活动展览会之一，从1987年德国埃尔丁Erding开始创建，后来移到德国南部慕尼黑举办，组织者是慕尼黑国际博览会公司，从2012年开始移到德国东部奥格斯堡Augsburg，其组织者为奥格斯堡国际展览有限公司，协办者为巴伐利亚狩猎协会、巴伐利亚渔业协会和巴伐利亚射击协会。目前它已经逐渐发展成为欧洲渔猎、射击运动领域规模最大、最重要的专业博览会，2009年4月有来自20多个国家的400多家厂商参加、来自21个国家的超过5万名观众参观了该博览会，展出面积33000多平方米。博览会的展品主要分为四大类：一、狩猎；二、钓鱼、捕鱼；三、射击运动；四、猎犬。展品还包括猎获物工艺品、渔猎服装等。博览会期间还将举办几场有趣的专类表演。

展会报告(Show Report):
Around 23,000 visitors came to Augsburg to experience three exciting and inspiring days centered around hunting, fishing, outdoor recreation, and forestry, all under the guiding theme: “Experience Nature.”
From January 16–18, 2026, Messe Augsburg once again became a dynamic platform for professional exchange, hands-on experiences, and emotional connection with nature—not just for hunters and anglers, but also for families, outdoor enthusiasts, young hunters, and newcomers. On roughly 20,000 square meters, about 300 exhibitors showcased products and solutions across the fields of hunting, angling and fisheries, apparel, forestry, and off-road gear. once again, JAGEN UND FISCHEN confirmed its status as the most important public trade fair for hunting, fishing, and nature in southern Germany. At the heart of the event were three beloved and immersive themed areas: The Fishing Experience World, curated by Fischereifachberatung Bezirk Schwaben and Fischereiverband Schwaben, showcased the impressive biodiversity of native aquatic species. The Hunting Experience World, designed by the Jägervereinigung Augsburg e. V., focused this year on the theme "Game, Forest, Knowledge", bringing forest ecosystems to life. And the Hunting Dog Experience World, managed by Jagdgebrauchshundeverein Augsburg e. V., presented over 50 breeds and types of hunting dogs in action, demonstrating their indispensable role in everyday hunting.
Two live show kitchens drew crowds as well: In Hall 1, fish took center stage, while Hall 3 featured wild game cuisine. Local chefs and experts demonstrated how regional wildlife can be sustainably and deliciously prepared—from forest or water to the plate—with a focus on full-animal utilization and conscious enjoyment.
A visitor favorite was once again the "Forest of the Future" exhibit hosted by Amt für Ernährung, Landwirtschaft und Forsten (AELF) in Hall 3. This newly expanded feature showed guests of all ages how climate change is transforming local forests, how hunting and forestry intersect, and even how to properly plant tree saplings.
Planning has already begun for next year: JAGEN UND FISCHEN 2027 will take place from January 15–17, 2027 in Augsburg.
