德国杜塞尔多夫国际录音技术及设备专业展览会（Tonmeistertagung,TMT）是国际上一流的录音专家会议及录音技术及设备展览活动，该展创立于1949年，开始三年一届，从1984年开始两年一届举行，该展览会议包括音频专业人士、制片人、艺术家、供应商、服务商、开发者、生产者等成功地作为交流宝贵经验、实用的信息、新的观点和想法的催化剂最佳场所。该展所涵盖的范围是广播、电影、视频、录音以及互动媒体的生产、分配和交换的程序、阶段和事件、生产的硬件和软件、研究和发展以及教育和培训。
该展从2012年从莱比锡移到科隆举行，从2019年后移到杜塞尔多夫举行，其杜塞尔多夫及科隆更是欧洲的中心，是录音师会议的一个完美地方，科隆有其完美的国内、国际交通运输环节，并有大量的广播、录音室设备及相关产品生产企业。

Tonmeistertagung（TMT）展自1949年以来举办的会议在近几十年来，无数的扬声器发表论文感兴趣的专业音响技术，几乎涵盖所有主题，提供给音频专家、制片人、艺术家、生产者、供应商、开发者和科学家一个一流的专家会议，每隔两年一次，总是在偶数年举行，他们在行业的宝贵经验影响着各个领域的专业录音师，并显示在产品开发、研究和应用实践的当前趋势的概述。

展会报告(Show Reports):
The figures speak for themselves: 101 exhibitors, 1001 participants on the first day and even more on the following days. This was a significant increase compared to the Tonmeister conferences before the pandemic – tmt32 was a complete success! The exhibiting companies were delighted that more than 40% of people did not attend the congress, but were exclusively interested in their products and services. Full booths and equally full lecture halls proved that the interest in a pure pro audio event is greater than it has been for a long time.
Many changes were visible at the CCD in Düsseldorf this time: the new exhibition concept allowed companies to present themselves with larger booths. Many elements of the entire event were aimed specifically at the next generation of the industry, which was also visible everywhere. In addition to the young audience, an extraordinary number of industry giants were met. Delegations of renowned sound engineers, also from abroad, travelled to Düsseldorf: from the USA in the west to Japan in the east, from Iceland in the north to Italy in the south.
"We received extraordinarily positive feedback," notes Harald Prieß, who had overall responsibility for tmt32. "The positive atmosphere throughout the entire event encourages us to continue on our chosen path in the future. The intensive work and efforts in the run-up were more than worth it!"
The exhibitors were delighted that this time their product presentations could take place near their stands: The Open Stage, an open stage equipped with high-quality audio transmission to wireless headphones, was located in the middle of Exhibition Hall X. Many tutorials, discussion rounds and kick-off meetings on individual congress topics also took place there. Anyone could listen as long as their headphones lasted. The offer was well received, as could be seen from the often packed auditorium.
Tonmeistertagung has influenced the pulse of the international pro audio industry already for more than 70 years. Every two years, the event with its extensive congress program and the associated trade fair enables an intensive exchange at the highest level for participating sound professionals from the most diverse fields.
For many years now, a team of students from the HTWK Leipzig has been producing a video about the Tonmeistertagung; and the tmt312 was no exception. Especially the video of tmt32 is a real contemporary witness of this great event.
The get-together evenings at the Tonmeistertagung have been a tradition for many years. This year, the VDT hosted the Connecting Audio Night in the beautiful ambience of Dr. Thompson's Seifenfabrik for an unforgettable evening.
