展会报告(Show Reports):
After three successful show days, UNITI expo 2026 closes its doors with record numbers across the board. Spread across 45,000 m² for the first time, 604 exhibitors from some 43 countries presented their innovations, products and technologies to over 20,500 attendees who had travelled to Stuttgart from 114 countries. The numbers demonstrate that UNITI expo continues to grow in significance despite the challenges the market currently faces. On 19 – 21 May 2026, the event brought together industry leaders and decision-makers from the service station and car wash industries from around the world under one roof, further cementing its position as Europe's leading trade fair and a top-tier international event. "Just as impressive as the record numbers was the dynamic atmosphere across all the halls. You could feel immediately that an entire industry was setting new standards together. The energy throughout was simply fantastic," says Elmar Kühn, Managing Director of UNITI Services GmbH and organiser of the trade fair.
A platform for innovation, exchange and networking
All four themed areas — Technology; payment & logistics; Car wash & car care; Oil companies & fuel retailers; and Shop & convenience — were buzzing with activity across all three show days. Decision-makers, innovation leaders and industry experts made full use of the unique opportunity to connect and exchange ideas. One of the strongest draws was the Future Mobility Lounge on the gallery of Hall 1, where around 50 exhibitors presented the latest innovations and technologies in alternative fuels. "The decision to double the exhibition space to 2,000 m² proved exactly right," says Ben Boroewitsch, CEO of com-a-tec GmbH and co-organiser of the trade fair. "The Future Mobility Lounge also featured a dialogue forum for the first time, perfectly complementing the three established forums. With more than 80 expert presentations and over 2,800 attendees, we have set new records on the conference programme side as well."
Enthusiastic reactions and anticipation for 2028
For visitors, exhibitors and organisers alike, this record edition of the trade fair was an absolute success, one that UNITI expo owes in no small part to its strong network of partners. More than 100 association, media, event and cooperation partners delivered an unmatched concentration of innovation that is second to none, not just in Europe. For those who were unable to make it to Stuttgart this year, a highlights video offers the chance to soak up the exceptional atmosphere, while everyone who attended in person can relive three compelling show days. "We were absolutely delighted to welcome all the key players in the industry to UNITI expo, and we very much hope to see them all again in 2028," says Elmar Kühn. "Our excitement about planning the seventh edition is already building." The next UNITI expo will take place on 16 – 18 May 2028.
