德国纽伦堡国际有机食品博览会Biofach是全球规模最大和最集中的有机产品展览会,专业性极强的展览会,是国际领先的有机食品及加工技术展览会,一年一届,在德国纽伦堡举办。该展以其自身所具有的活力、国际性和创新性而闻名。该展从1990年开始举行,每年一届,从2007年开始与纽伦堡天然化妆品及美容品展览会VIVANESS同时举行,两个展更加吸引了相关行业的展商及观众,有来自世界各地的参带着新产品、流行趋势以及创意汇聚到纽伦堡参加国际有机食品展览会。
德国纽伦堡有机食品展览会Biofach在国际有机农业运动联盟的支持下,使用严格的准入标准,以保证持续展出高质量的产品,这也是该展会成功的最重要的因素。据组委会统计每年来自世界120多个国家和地区的供应商、采购商和有机产品认证机构等共2500多家企业参展,有近5万名来自130个国家和地区的参观者参观此次展会。巴西、西班牙、法国、意大利、加拿大等国都以整体国家形象出展,展区占地面积巨大,展出面积超过50,000平方米。展位布置色彩亮丽、别致新颖,展品丰富多彩、琳琅满目,给人以强烈的视觉冲击。据有机食品组织统计,有机食品营业额每年以50亿美元的速度增长。德国是有机食品的消费大国,随着人们对食品健康和食品安全问题的关注,有机食品的消费将不断扩大。
早在90年代末,中国有机事业已经开始不断增长,中国有机产品以出口为主,满足海外对于有机食品的需求。发达国家成为有机食品企业必争之地,欧盟则又成为重中之重。有机产品在德国、荷兰、英国、丹麦、瑞典和比利时的销售份额较大,西班牙、法国、意大利等国的有机产品贸易也在增长。随着中国的质量标准和食品安全不断提高,有机食品的出口必将得益。相信此次展会是一次中国有机食品进入国际市场的良好平台和机会。

展会报告(Show Reports):
BIOFACH, World Leading Trade Fair for Organic Food, closes its doors after four successful days. It brought together more than 35,000 visitors from 140 countries between 11 and 14 February 2025. Every second participant came from abroad. They visited around 2,300 exhibitors from 94 countries to find out about the wide range of products on offer in the organic world.
“As Tina Andres said at the press conference on Tuesday, BIOFACH is not just a trade fair for trading, but for taking action as well. This was demonstrated by all participants over the last four days in the exhibition halls and at the congress,” summarizes Dominik Dietz, Director BIOFACH. “The feedback from our customers shows that our new, compact hall structure has worked, as has the expansion of the supporting program. The atmosphere was excellent! Almost 80% of the space has already been booked for 2026. It was impressive to see how solution-oriented and innovative the community is in the face of multiple crises and to feel the strength of the organic sector,” Dietz continued.
BIOFACH 2025 supporting program
The BIOFACH Congress 2025 focused on the theme “Yes, we do! – How to effect change in the organic food segment”. These and other questions relating to the ecological transformation were discussed in 171 individual sessions. Participants particularly appreciated the choice of topics, which were precisely tailored to the needs of the sector. The best-attended panel was “The German organic market - facts, figures and analysis 2025”, with a good 200 interested participants. The focus topic “Yes, we do!” was also reflected in numerous supporting events. Among others, the innovative power could be felt on the newly designed stages, the PRESENTATION STAGE and the INNOVATION STAGE. Countless participants experienced and tasted the product trends at BIOFACH 2025 during the guided tours through the exhibition halls. The topics relating to out-of-home catering were also very popular once again. Best-practice examples were used to give participants a deeper insight into community catering. In the SustainableFutureLab, the sector's pressing issues were discussed in order to find solutions for the transition towards more organic food. Dietz emphasizes: “The two new stages, the conceptual development of the VEGAN world of experience into PLANETARY HEALTH and the expansion of the special area Organic out of home exceeded all expectations. The high frequency on site and the immediate customer feedback show us that we were on point with these topics.”
BIOFACH Winner 2025
BIOFACH had the pleasure of honoring several winners this year. In the exciting final of the BIOFACH start-up pitches, the young company Kooray Spice 'n easy impressed the expert jury and the audience with their pitch. They were presented with the first BIOFACH Start-up Award.
The organic community was able to vote for their favorite product in eleven categories on three days of the trade fair at the novelty stand and digitally.
