Longyun Chemical was established in 2004 with registered capital of 5 million yuan. Due to the needs of import and export business, Jilin Longshun Import and Export Trade Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 with registered capital of 10 million yuan. It mainly exports chemical products of petrochina and Sinopec, including EPM, lubricating oil additive, metal processing liquid, industrial oil additive, PB, PIB, PAO, point lowering agent, viscosity index modifier, etc., as well as plastic and rubber products.

In the same year, it set up a branch company in Russia, mainly developing the Russian EPM market, and the China National Petroleum Corporation issued the exclusive agency certificate of EPM products in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States to the Russian branch company. The Russian branch company has warehouses in St. Petersburg and Moscow, and now operates dozens of chemical products, which is convenient for customers to deliver goods nearby.
